Tuesday:

Salmon burgers w/lettuce and tomato - roasted sweet potato chips

Wednesday: 

Penne with zucchini sauce - green salad

Thursday:

Roasted whole chicken,potatoes, and veggies with lemon and dill 

Friday:

Shrimp and veggies over brown basmati rice

Saturday:

Sunday:

Lemon/dill chicken and orzo soup - fresh bread - green salad
