1 November
this is one of my favorite things about where I live
I come over the causeway and am blessed with this beautiful view
from my living room window I see just to the left of this Boston skyline
i walked across the street to the beach to take this shot
~
I have to go to the registry of motor vehicles
I think it will take at least an entire day
I'm bringing some reading materials
and lunch...
Joe and I are both doing a lot of studying
every night we are both working on school things
it's kind of nice
~
I just found a site that lists all kinds of candy that is gluten free
I did not need this information
~
I have started having hot flashes
not fun
nice one..
ReplyDeleteGoing to any govt office is the pits :(. Hope it doesn't take too long. Nice view!
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful view I agree...
ReplyDeleteIt's a scientific fact that candy cures hot flashes. ;)
Thanks for sharing your randoms this week! xo
Nothing compares to doing anything when it involves government...like registering a vehicle. Yep, yep....it will take forever. Glad you'll be using some reading material.
ReplyDeleteI love this shot, and how phenomenal that you have this view--and from the beach nol ess! I am jealous.
ReplyDeleteHot flashes yes indeed not fun I found no coffee or tea helped a lot. Have fun at the motor vehicle place wear layers it will be hot then cold:) B
ReplyDeleteYour view of the skyline is just beautiful. Very calming colors!
ReplyDeletehot flashes go away please. i dislike waiting. hope it goes well 4 u. or quickly at least. ( ;
ReplyDeleteLovely shot of the Boston skyline I have happy memories of visiting Boston a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteLove this photo, thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteA lovely skyline view!
ReplyDeleteYour photo of the causeway is beautiful! I love the composition, with so much water and the city skyline. The DMV here is a nightmare, too. Good luck! One time I waited in a long line, got to the front, and was missing a document. Had to go home and get it, then start all over. Not fun!
ReplyDeleteOh Lordy! Hot Flashes! Been there .... still, on occasion, get them! :-(
ReplyDeleteLovely shot of the skyline. Awesome view indeed!
Been there, done that with the hot flashes...no, not fun.
ReplyDeleteI hear you on the candy--I love sweets! Good luck at the DMV. I always take something to read when I go somewhere like that.
ReplyDeleteI know the hot flashes are coming sooner than later for me too :) the Skyline photo is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI think that is a requirement for Dept. of Motor Vehicles to make it as difficult as possible for you to do anything there!! It's such a pain.
ReplyDeleteYay Sox is right! I was so happy to see the Red Sox win and David Ortiz to be named MVP! It was a really good World Series (of course the fact that I'm a long-time Sox fan probably helped), but I was so impressed with how gracious the Cardinals' Mgr. was in defeat. Now, if the idiots in Congress who lose would be half as gracious in defeat, maybe we could get some work done around here!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and thoughts. I was refreshed. Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog. Your photography is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful view of the skyline you have! I grew up in Plymouth County:) Walks on your lovely beach will help keep you cool. :-) Happy Weekend to you! xo
ReplyDeleteha i always take reading materials...you never know hte wait and its better to be safe than sorry...cool skyline...
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely view you have, thanks for your follow of my photography blog which is very much appreciated.
ReplyDeletePretty soft photo. My email and Google seem better today. I have not and will not join Google +. I don't need more troubles added on to the ones I already have now.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful view you have. Congrats to the Sox...I was rooting for them the entire way (well at least since the Phillies were out of contention which was like.....APRIL! lol). And hot flashes??!!??? Argh, feel your pain!
ReplyDeleteYes, a very cool view! Hope you have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the hot flashes! They're no fun.
ReplyDeleteGreat view, though...
What a view! Hope you're feeling better now. But I guess hot flashes come and go as they want.

I like the simplicity of your blog. It is refreshing. Thanks for visiting me on my painting blog. YOU can paint if you want to. xo Jenny
ReplyDeleteSimplicity - 1 picture says it all.
ReplyDeleteI laughed at your comment on the gluten free candy website. Someone just pointed me in the direction of a great art/craft supply website. I should not have discovered it.
