Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
Galatians 6:2

My mum passed away unexpectedly on 27 June and this was the first verse that I read shortly after her passing. My sister is living with stage 5 colon cancer and my brother and I tend to go our own ways. This verse reminded me that we will need to take care of one another now that our mother is gone.
I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. May God bring you and your family His comfort and peace.
ReplyDeleteOh, so sad to read this about your mom. Your sister has been in my prayers, and will pray for all your family with your loss. So sad when we lose our moms. I miss mine every day and she left us 24 yrs. ago. ~hugs~
ReplyDeleteI hope this brings you all closer together, and strengthens your family. My prayer for you is peace.
ReplyDeletePraying for comfort for your family.
ReplyDeleteOh please accept my deepest condolences. Your sister has been on my mind for some time, as have you......hugs....
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry. Praying that your family does come together to bear each other's burdens. And we in the blogosphere will do our part to pray and so help to bear your burdens as well. May God comfort and strengthen you all.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry your sister has this illness. I have had many loved ones
ReplyDeletewith the same illness. Yes, you will need people around you right now
to help and protect and love.. : )
