 The fun

I met with my daughters and grandchildren over the weekend.

We went to a nursery and each of us purchased some houseplants to get us through the long cold days of winter. On the way home we stopped for lunch at a pizza place and had a wonderful time laughing with each other. It had been so long since we were all together. As I watched them all I got a little teary eyed.

The good

I didn’t take very many pictures last week but I did happen to capture the moon setting just as I looked out my kitchen window at sunrise one morning.

The random

My sister is here for the week getting scans in Boston.

My brother and sister-in-law came to visit Saturday afternoon with their dog, Sadie, who jumped up on the sofa and took a little nap between my sister and my mum.

Family is everything....even if you’re a dog.

    1. We are all very cautious. My daughters and I were wearing masks until we sat down at the table to eat and we were the only ones dining in. We all take the precautions very seriously and felt comfortable getting together for the first time since before the pandemic started. It’s hard on the children who need to be social in order to develop.
