Wednesday: fresh fish, broccoli, rice
Thursday: pulled pork in the crock-pot, salad
Friday: leftovers
Saturday: steak tips on the grill, salad,
Sunday: lake monadnock baked beans, ham, cornbread

ReplyDeleteooh....can you post your corn and zucchini chowder recipe please?? that sounds heavenly. 2 out of the 4 of us don't eat meat so the rest of your menu, although my husband would love meat every night, looks vastly different from mine. Tonight we did linguine and "meat" balls (plant based balls with pasta sauce), steamed green and waxed beans, tossed salad, and fresh strawberries (none for me as I'm allergic so I had some watermelon). Tomorrow we are doing plant-based "beef" in the crockpot with my homemade sloppy joe mix plus cucumber salad. the rest of the week is up in the air but friday evening will be take out of some sort...probably Indian or Thai food.
