Tucker has a few favorite spots around the house.

One of them is a sunny window in the kitchen.

He can survey the back part of the house from there.

In summer when the windows are open to the cooling breeze

we often hear him greeting us as we walk in from the car.

In winter the windows are closed up tight and battened down

but we still see him waiting for the car to pull into the driveway.

  1. I love how animals find the sunny nooks.

  2. Oh, Tucker . . . so sweet!
We also have a Tucker, but not a cat. Our Tucker is a 150 pound St. Bernard, and although he is too big to sit on a window sill, he is tall enough to rest his chin on them (leaving drool . . .), and he watches for us as well.
