23 February

I went up to see my grandson, Verne, on Saturday.

He was eating the onions from my salad.

He'd chew on one for a bit, spit it out, and then grab another one.

The weather in Boston this week was absolutely beautiful.

It was 70 degrees on Wednesday

and I walked Beacon Hill during my lunch hour.

It was snowing on Thursday and too darn cold for walking.

Gotta love New England.

I've sworn off all refined sugar since the end of October.

I may have fell off the wagon a little this week.

I stopped at Sweets on Beacon Hill one day for a little something, something.

Louisburg Square

Beacon Hill

I absolutely love Beacon Hill

As I walk I think on what a wonderful place it would be to live...

If only I had a couple a kajillion dollars...

Here is the Boston skyline from home...

It's a beautiful view.

Deep peace of the running wave to you.
Deep peace of the flowing air to you.
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.
Deep peace of the shining stars to you.
Deep peace of the gentle night to you.
Moon and stars pour their healing light on you
