An Autumn drink
coffee in the Corningware percolator
I purchased at St. John's parish rummage sale
seasonal
my outfit today
as I scrambled over the beach path at sunrise...
it's getting rather chilly in the mornings here
and I was happy to come home to hot coffee

the view from our porch
you can see the causeway which connects us to the mainland,
which is about 2 miles away
I really like your percolator. How fun!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos and thoughts of course. Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteThis is a delightful coffee pot, I have one also which I rescued from Goodwill. Wen I was a little girl I had a playset of dishes in this pattern, and now as an adult I have a few vintage pieces I've found here and there. Doesn't the coffee smell wonderful perculating on the stove? I also have a vintage glass decanter coffee pot, plug in type perculator, it has 2 lights in the base and you can watch the coffee drip down and the lights illuminate the water and you watch the water change to coffee.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous view from your porch. I will love to sitthere and dream. Love the 2 little wooden men on the truck. Some of the pumpkins look a bit scary but good shot. Have a great week.
