reflections in a Languid river bend

Rivers reflect what they are surrounded by

as do I.

Therefore, I must choose my surroundings very carefully

my thoughts become my words, my words become my actions,

my actions become my habits, my habits become my character

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth good;
and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth evil:
for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

  6. Oh, how true! How we reflect what we've been pondering and focusing on!

    I love the image of the river. We just spent several days at a lake looking out on some beautiful waters. Those waters to reflect their surroundings, don't they.

    Thank you for a great image and challenge to carry throughout this day!

    I came over on Women with Intention, and I'm glad to find your site.
    Blessings,
    Melanie
