I ran into a couple who had ridden their bikes from the other side of the causeway to watch the sunrise
They were talking and laughing so loudly I could hear them half way down the beach
I suppose they couldn't help it
it makes one wonder why a person would go to all the trouble of riding a bike at dawn to watch the
and then miss the entire thing with incessant chatter
things are really getting exciting now...
a bit of reading and a cup of tea with honey
I found another heart shaped rock while I walked the beach earlier
used it as a book mark when I re-filled my cup
watering the marigolds
counting the marigolds
seems to me you'd stop and see
how beautiful they are
saturday farmer's market in marblehead
eat more kale
I stumbled across a yard sale at a house next door to one my mum used to live in.
The woman was very nice and was still friendly with my mum.
I was able to get all of this mini boden (which is normally very dear) for a song
1 extra large glass of lemonade
7 pairs of pants
1 pair of shorts
Peter-pan and Wonder-boy are all set for fall/winter clothes
lunch right off the vine
racing round the bend at 40 steps
It seems like a perfect day.........well, except for the noisy cyclists.ReplyDelete
Looks like a very lovely day, a sunrise, some bargain shopping & a relax at the end of the day. Love the sailing boat shot.ReplyDelete
Great haul of mini-Boden - we buy it on line only when its on sale!ReplyDelete
Great summery shots of the sailboats, lunch and the community garden...very warming!
Lovely sunrise. Love the bright and cheery marigolds and kale, one of my very favourite vegetables. Looks like you had a great day.ReplyDelete
